Owner of Albuquerque ‘Bed and Brew’ Witnessing Paranormal Activity

This is not the sort of Casper, the friendly ghost haunting. This is something that is going to require attention. Like, no one can go on living like this.

The owner of the Albuquerque “Bed and Brew” The Painted Lady is encountering ghosts regularly as he tries to run his business. The Painted Lady has had thousands of countless souls call it home for a night or longer. Wild West figures Pat Garret and Billy the Kid were visitors of the home turned B&B.

“So for the past 130-140 years or so, there’s been thousands of people who have come through here either nightly — who worked here, who lived here — temporarily,” said Jesse Herron, owner of the Painted Lady Bed & Brew.

Despite the long history, Herron wasn’t expecting to experience ghostly activity when purchasing the property. The owner has invited psychics and a Buddhist Priestess to attempt to release the troubled spirits and release the troubled souls.

“This is not the sort of Casper, the friendly ghost haunting. This is something that is going to require attention. Like, no one can go on living like this.”

The Painted Lady is home to two female ghosts and one angry male ghost.

Psychics have informed Herron that there are three spirits; two of them are female.

“I am going to help them cross over,” Herron said.

The other spirit is an angry man who psychics said is “not going to go.” According to psychics the male spirit hides in the corner.

Despite the extra maintenance needed in the house, Herron is weirdly attracted to the property.

“I can tell you, especially as someone who’s lived here and who immediately felt attracted to it, there is definitely is something about this property that just draws you in. There’s something special about it,” he said.
