A realty company has created a new service which is set to help home-sellers if they have a home filled with unwanted pest…in this case ghosts!

ISoldMyHouse.com announced they are going through with a new service which is meant to alleviate homeowners and buyers by tackling alleged paranormal activity and attempting to exorcise the house before sale. The homeowner only has to fill out the “Home Exorcism Service” submission form and wait for a response.

“The free service will be facilitated initially by a remote video call between the homeowner and our exorcist,” ISoldMyHouse.com wrote in a press release. “[The exorcist] will be able to diagnose the issue and offer advice on how to deal with any paranormal activity.”

The exorcist fielding submissions is unknown at this time. A spokesperson for the company told the media that the person is “a psychic medium with 23 years experience in the profession.”

ISoldMyHouse surveyed 5,000 Americans about their belief regarding the paranormal and according to the survey; 55% said they believe in ghosts and 61% said they would not buy a house if it was suspected of being haunted. Due to this stigma houses thought of as paranormal hotspots remain on the market 133 day longer than non-haunted homes.
