UFO Reported Over New Mexico By Pilot
“We just had something go right over the top of us.”
Audio communication between a pilot and ground control over New Mexico is highlighting the frequency of UFO/plane near-misses.
On Sunday, February 21, 2020, Steven Douglass captured audio of American Airlines Flight 2292 communicating with traffic control about a UFO that passed right above the flight. The plane was heading toward phoenix as the incident occurred over the northwest corner of New Mexico.
“I heard this aircraft, basically, above all other aircraft because the tone in his voice was so excited," Douglass told the press.

“We just had something go right over the top of us. I hate to say this but it looked like a long cylindrical object that almost looked like a cruise missile type of thing - moving really fast right over the top of us."
Douglass continued, “talking to an ex-military pilot I know, he says that for them to see this object had to be coming at them practically head-on. So whatever it was, came fast and right at them and right over them which gave them a big enough scare they had to report it.”
The FAA has to make a report on the incident. We now wait for the report and are very interested in the agency’s conclusion.
